For nearly two decades in the manufacturing industry, I've led transformation across global organisations in New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
As a global leader, my experience spans operational excellence, leadership development, strategic facilitation, and organisational transformation — helping organisations solve complex challenges, align people behind strategy, and build high-performing cultures.
Despite the titles, international career, and professional achievements,
I discovered something many successful leaders rarely admit ; Success doesn't always feel like success.
That realisation changed the direction of my life and became the foundation of The Long Game Global.
